Shipping & Delivery Policy

Gardens of Arcadia specializes in fresh, farm-grown garden roses and seasonal floral arrangements.

Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery throughout much of Central Indiana. Delivery availability and delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Delivery Dates

Customers may select an available delivery date during checkout. While we make every effort to deliver on the requested date, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that flowers may be left at the delivery address if no one is available to receive them.

Weather Conditions

In cases of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed. If this occurs, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Large Orders & Special Deliveries

We may be able to accommodate deliveries outside our standard delivery area for larger orders or special events. Please contact us to discuss availability and delivery options.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are delivered according to the delivery frequency selected by the customer. Customers may manage, pause, skip, or cancel their subscription through their customer account before the next scheduled billing date.

Seasonal Availability

Because our flowers are grown on our farm and sourced seasonally, specific varieties, colors, and stem counts may vary throughout the year. Product images are representative of style and color palette and may not reflect the exact flowers included in each delivery.
