Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are fresh, perishable flowers, all sales are generally final.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers are often harvested and prepared specifically for each order.

Quality Concerns

We take great pride in the quality of our flowers. If your order arrives damaged or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the product.

We will review each situation individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be paused, skipped, or canceled through your customer account before the next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Seasonal Variations

Flower varieties, colors, and stem counts may vary based on seasonal availability and field conditions. Product images are representative of style and color palette rather than exact flower selection.
